Lot 20A Bridle.Path Henry Kucharzyk, owner Dear Mr. Daley: In accordance with Condition#3a of the Watershed Special Permit Approval issued by the Planning Board, I hereby certify that the construction at the above referenced address has been completed in substantial compliance with the plans approved by the Planning Board, with the following exception: 1. The approved plan included a Cape Cod Berm at the end of the driveway that was proposed to trap stormwater runoff and direct it into the catch basin. The Cape Cod Berm was not installed. However,the driveway was graded such that the catch basin lies within a depression. The rim elevation of the catch basin is approximately three inches lower than the elevation of the pavement at the end of the driveway. The grading of the driveway serves the same function that the Cape Cod Berm would, i.e., it prevents runoff from bypassing the catch basin. Very truly yours, Chri tiansen& Sergi, Inc.
