On February 28, 1984, Lots 1, 2 and 31 Road_"A",
Bear Hill, were inspected to determine if these lots were
required to have a special permit Cochr for within Lake 100 feet of a tributary
It was determined from visual observance and also
from the wetlands flagged by-I.E.P., that any earrsti ctian
on Lots 2 and 3 would be more than 100 feet from the tributary;
therefore, no special permit is required for-these o s._ T
