REPORT OF ENGINEERS.
The Engineers appointed by the Selectmen would report the
fire apparatus in good order; but there is need of considerable
repairs in and around the houses. They would recommend that
the Hook and Ladder truck and apparatus be put in better eon-
dition, and also a better and more convenient place to keep it.
There has been three reservoirs built the last year: No. four,
near the house of Aaron G. Rea; No. five at the junction of
High and Sut~;on streets; No. six, near the Grammar school-
house at the centre, all of which are now well filled with water.
