In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. you
are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the
town of North Andover. qualified by law to vote in elections
and in town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, in said town, on
Monday, the second day of March next, at 12 o'clock, noon,
then and there to act on the following articles, viz.:
Aa'r. I. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
Aa~. II. To choose a Town Clerk for the year ensuing.
Aa~. III. To see it' the town will accep; the Auditor's

Amc. IV,. To choose Selectmen, Assessors, Overseers

others.
Au'r. X¥I. To hear the report of the committee appointed
at our las~ annual meeting in regard to procuring a library.
Agr. 'XVI[. To see what action the town will, take in re-
gard to fitting up the hall in the Merrimac Engine House for
the use of the library.
Aa~. XVIIL To see if the'town will instruct their Se-
lectmen, and Engineers to loc~te and {onstruet two suitable
reservoirs in the Merrimac School District for the use of the
town in ease of fire.
Aa~. XIX. To see if the town will accept of the road as
laid out by the Selectmen on petition of Albert Berry end
others.

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.. you
are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the
town of North AndoveL qualified by law m vol;e in elections'
and in town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, in said town, on
Monday~ the second day of March next: al; 12 o'clock, noon,
then and there to gel; on tho folldwing articles, viz.:
AB~. I. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
Aa~. II. To choose a Town Clerk for tho year ensuing.
Ar;T. III. To see if the town will accept the Auditor's re-
port.
AaT. IV. To choose Selectmen, Assessors, Overseers of
the Poor, Town Treasurer, one School Committee for three
years~ Constables, and all other necessary town officers for the
year ensuing.
AaT. V. To determine what method the town will adopt
to repair their highways and bridges the ensuing year.
ART. VI. To see what sum of money tho town will raise
to repair their highways and bridges, and how the sapac shall
be apportioned the coming.year.
;taT. VII. To ~ee what sum of money the town will raise
tbr the support of schools ia tho town the ensuing year.

ART. VIII. To see what 'sum of money the town will
raise for the support of the poor the ensuing year.
AnT. IX. To see what sum of money the town will raise
to reduce the town debt and to defray the necessary expenses
axising in said town.
AltT. X. To see what method the town will take to collect
their pub]ia taxes for the ensuing year.
ART. X[. To see if tb~ town Wil] authorize the Treasurer
of the town to hire money in anticipation of't~xes under the
direction of the Selectmen.
AnT. :XII. To determine what compensation the 'town will
pay to members of engine compahies for their selvices the year
ensuing.
AsT. XIII. To see if the town will accept of the list of
jurors~ prepared and posted by the Selectmen.
AliT. XIV. To hear and act upon the report of the com-
mittee appointed at a previous meeting in regard to discontinu-
ing a road near the house of J. D. W. French.
AliT. XV. To see if the town will accept of the ro~d as
laid out by the Selectmen on petition of Geo. L. Davis and
others.
ART. XVI. To hear the report of the aommittee appointed
at our last annual meeting in regard to procuring a library.
A~T. XVII. To see what action the town will' take in re-
gard to fitting up the hall in the Merrim~ Engine House for
the use of the library.
AR~. XVIII. To see if the town will instruct their Se-
leetmen and Engineers to Ioc,~te and construct two suitable
reservoirs in the Merrimac School District for the use of the
town in case of fire.
ART. XIX. To see if the town will ~ccept of the road as
laid out by the Selectmen on petition of Albert Berry mad
others.

and attested copies thereof at each of the churches in said
town.;two Sundays at least, before the time of holding smd
meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warran~ with
