FINANCE COMMITTEE'S REPORT..
In pursuance of a vote pas~ed by the ~'own, the commit-
tee recommend the following appropriations for the ensuing
year:
For the support of Schools, $3,000 00
For repairs of Highways sad Bridges, 3,000 00
For support of the Poor~ 1,500 00
For Incidental expenses, 8,000 00

AUDITORS' REPORT.
The Auditor~ chosen to audit the accounts of the Town of
North Andover, have carefully examined the same for the
year ending Febrnar~ 16,. 1866, and report that they find
said accounts, in all respects, properly vsuched and correctly
cast; presenting fully the financial condition of 'the Town.
The following statement of accounts is submitted.

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you
are hereby directed to notify and warn the Inhabitants of the
Town of North Andover, q_ua[ified by law to vote in elec-
tions and in town affairs, to meet a~ the P~,~zsu Hx~r, in
said Town, on MO~N-DAY, T~ ~m~rkt ~y ov M&RC~ ~x~,
a~ 1~ o'clock, noon, then and the~e to ac~ on the following
articles, viz :--
Aa~. lst.--To choose a Mode~or to preside ia smd meet-

Aa~. ~d.~To choose a Town Clerk for the year ensuing.
Aa~. 8d.--To see if the town will accept the Auditor's
Report.
A~. 4~h.~To choose Selectmen, Assessors, Oversee~ of
the Poor, Town Treasurer, one School Committee-man for
:hree years; and all other necessary Town Officers for the
ensuing year.
AnT. 5th.--To see what action the town will take in re-
gars to the fourth Section of the Thlr~y-ninth Chap;e{ of
the General Statutes.
A~. 6th.~To see if the ;own will authorize the several
School Districts to choose Prudent'al Committee-men.

tial Committee-men of the School Districts to select and
contract with teachers.
A~. 8th.--To see what sum of money the town will raise
for the support of Schools in the town the ensuing year.
A~T. 9tk--To determine how the money raised for the
support of Schools shall be appropriated.
ART. 10th.--To see what method the town will take to
,repair thei~ Highways the ensuing year,
A~. 11th.--To see what sum of money the town will
raise to repair the Highways and Bridges the ensuing year.
A~, l~th.--T0 determine what compensation the town
will pay per hour for laborers on the Highways.
A~. 13th.--To see what sam of money .the town will
raise the current year towards reducing the Town Debt, and
for defraying the other necbssary expenses arising in said
town.
_~r. 14th.~To see what method the town will take to
collect their public taxes the year ensuing.
AltT. 15tho--To see if the town will authorize the Treas-
urer of .the town to hire money, in anticipation of taxes,
under the direction of the Selectmen.
A~tT. 16th.--To determine what compensation the town.
will pay to members of Engine Companies for their services
the year ensuing.
ART. l~th.~To see if the town will accept of the llst of
.Jurors as prepared and posted by the Selectmen.
Ar.T. 18th.~To ascertain if the town will make an ap-
propriation in behalf of the Trustees of the Panehard Free
School, to enable them to increase the salaries of their
tea&ers.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting
true and attested copies thereot~ at each of the pubhe meet-

lng-houses ia said town, two Sunklays at lea~t before the
time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due' return of this Warrant,
with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time
and place of meeting atbresaid.
