Each individual house lot will have to have
a percolation test and plans submitted to our engineer for

In order for the Board of Health to
make recommendations for approval or disapproval, additional data
must be submitted with the definitive plans. Data should include:
1. Existing and proposed extension of Lots 1.12 .
2. Profile of Cedar Lane showing existing and
proposed road grades
3. Proposed invert grade elevations of the
drainage improvements
