NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, TUESDAY, MARCH 7, 2006
In accordance with the provision of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, & Section 4.136
the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special
Permit under Section 4.136 3. c.ii 1, 2, 3,
5 of the North Andover Bylaw. The
applicant seeks to construct a single-family
residence, with pool and drainage devices
within the non-disturbance zone of the
Watershed Protection district. Property is
located in the R-1 zoning district.
Applicant/Petitioner: John R. Keilty, Trustee, Great Pond Realty
Trust, 40 Lowell St., Peabody, MA 01960
Owner: Same as above.
