North Andover Planning Board
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 81-L, M.G.L., the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday evening, May 21, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Senior Center behind the Town Building on the application of North Andover Land Corp., 33
Walker Road, North Andover, MA for a modification to a definitive subdivision plan by Hayes
Engineering, Inc. 603 Salem Street, Wakefield, MA 01880 dated March 26, 1996, bounded as
follows: Thistle Lane from station 2 + 00 to 8 + 02 and lots 24 and 25 Thistle Lane..
A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected
between the hours of 8:30 a.in. - 4:30 p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and
place designated.

terested in the application of the North Andover Planning
Board for a subdivision modification pursuant to the provi-
sions of M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81W, under a require-
ment of the Subdivision Control Law and the Rules and
Regulations Governing the Subdivision of1and of the Plann-
ing Board in the Town of North Andover, the following
described parcel of land bounded as follows and contains
49.04 acres, more or less, subdivided into 49 lots know as
ABBOTT VILLAGE.
Bounded: Northerly by land of Jackson, Kane, Et Al; Easter-
ly by land of Olms and Salern Street; Southerly by land of
Dainowski, Et Al, Abbott Street; Westerly by land of Bomba,
Giard, Et Al.
