LIST OF PARTIES IN INTEREST NAMES ADDRESS See attached list. Add additional sheets if necessary Any question should be directed to the Planning Office ATTACHMENT A I am seeking a special permit to construct a sewer pump station, gravity sewer and force main in order to connect my single family residence to the municipal sewer line currently being constructed in Great Pond Road. The house is currently served by a septic system, which is within the "non- disturbance" zone of the Watershed Protection overlay District. By connecting to the town sewer I can abandon the septic system, thereby eliminating an allowed (as a legally non-conforming use) but generally undesirable land use in this District. The pump station will be equipped with storage capacity equivalent to an average 24 hour flow. I am also seeking a special permit to allow construction of three parking spaces within the non-disturbance zone. These parking spaces are accessory to the residence and are intended to improve vehicular access to the house. As presently configured it is very difficult to turn around in front of the house if there are more than two cars parked there. The parking spaces will provide off-driveway parking and allow room for emergency vehicles to turn around. Eight sets of plans are attached.
