HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegal Notice - 400 GREAT POND ROAD 11/2/1993 KAREN H.P.NELSON Town of 120 Main Street, 01845 L)irector (508) 682-6483 NORTH ANDOVER BUILDING CONSERVA'FION DIVISION OF IIEAI:I'H PLANNING PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40—A Section 11, M.G.L. , the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday evening, November 2 , 1993 at 8: 00 p.m. at the North Andover Senior Center behind Town Hall on the application of Walter Saxe, Trustee, 27 Sargent Street, Newton, MA 02158 , for a special permit under Section 4 . 136, Para. 5 (a) (6) of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to permit the installation of a sewage pump station, gravity sewer and force main in order to connect to the municipal sewer and to permit the construction of three parking spaces in order to facilitate emergency vehicle access to the existing house, within 250 ft of Lake Cochichewick in the Watershed Protection District. The effected property is located at 400 Great Pond Road. A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the North Andover Planning Board Office during the hours of 8 : 30 — 4 : 30 Monday through Friday.
