The project scope was presented to the Board by (roQ }}oubmuu1h` property owner's representative, of Williams 8t Dpuoageu, 108 North Main Street, 8nhc l, Middleton, Mu 01049. The closest point of the � proposed work is 142 feet from the o1ooemi vvcdoud flag, thus within the Nou-[)iaoburgo Iouo of the Watershed Protection I)iobiut. /\ldbuuob this project does not require a YVatcmbod Special Permit, within the Non-Discharge Zone there is a requirement for any construction to comply with best management practices for erosion, aibuhou` and | storm vvu1ez control in order to preserve the purity of the ground water and the lake; to maintain the � ground water table; and to maintain the filtration and purification functions of land. The Board agreed that the boat cuuougeoueot practices that were ubovvu on the p\uu that was aobcoh1ed to the Conservation Commission appear tobe adequate and that the draft Order of Conditions for this project, DB9PUu#242- t657, sufficiently cover the expectation of best management practices for the scope of work presented.
