Dear Mr. I-Iedstrom: This Board would like. to have copies of the pump specifications for the pump system on- Lot 1 Bear _ Hill Rd . .. submitted to this office, along with an AS-Built plan of the tank and pump chamber, for our files . Also, the plan for lot 1 proposes a septic tank and pump chamber approximately 35 feet from the drainage on Bear Hill Rd. This appears to be in violation of Title V Regulation 15 . 03( 7 ) , which requires that the septic tank and pump chamber be at least 50 feet from such drainage . The tank and pump. chamber should be relocated to meet Title V requirements concerning both drainage and wetlands . pyours , M.D. .y, Chairman f NORTH A.ru DOVER BUIELDING DEPARTMENT aORTIl 120 MAIN STREET NonTH ANDOVER, MA 018451 HU a INSPECTOR OF BummNO$ TEL. 888-8102 L?LEtTIRIC" INSPECTOR cf GAS INSPECTOR March 1, 1951 01 "l Mr. Zac Alexanian P.O. Box 239 Atkinson, New Hampshire 03811 Dear Zac: On February 28, 1954, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Road "A", Bear Hill, were inspected to determine if these lots were required to have a special permit for construction within 100 feet of a tributary to Lake Cochichewick. It was determined from visual observance and also from the wetlands flagged by I.E.P., that any construction on Lots 2 and 3 would be more than 100 feet from the tributary; therefore, no special permit is required for these lots. Very truly yours, -- CHARLES H. FOSTER or INSPECTOR OF BUILDINGS CHF:of Copy to: Planning Board
