WILLIAM I SCOTT A U Director Public Hearing Notice North Andover Planning Board In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40-A, Section 11, M.G.L., the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday evening, March 17, 1998 at 7:30 p.m. in the Department of Public Works conference room 384 Osgood Street, on the application of Henry Kucharzyk, P.O. Box 1701, Lowell, MA 01853 requesting a special permit under Section 4.133 (Watershed Protection District) of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw in effect as of August 1, 1979, in order to construct a single family residential dwelling within 100 linear feet horizontally from the edge of the tributary to Lake Cochichewick. The location of the property is Lot 20A Bridle Path Road and shown on Assessor's Map 104 as Lot 82 in the Residential-1 (R-1)Zoning District and the Watershed Protection District. A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the North Andover Planning Board Office during the hours of 8:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated. Richard S.
