NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7,2010
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.b.ii.(i), 4.136.3.c.ii and 10.3of the Zoning Bylaw within
the Non-Discharge&Non-Disturb zone of the Watershed
Protection District. Applicant seeks to construct a new single
family residence within the non-discharge zone,with accessory
structures within the non-disturbance zone and to remove an
existing tennis court within the non-disturbance zone.
