HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
On June 16, 2011, the applicant applied to the Planning Board for a Watershed Special
Permit to replace an existing residential dwelling with a new dwelling, at 350 Great Pond Road,
within the Non-Disturbance Zone. The applicant applied for and was denied a variance from the
Board of Appeals for the new structure, as required by the town's Zoning Bylaw, Section
4.136(3)(c)(ii)(4).
. At the January 16, 2012 Planning Board meeting, the applicant requested, in writing, a
Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the Watershed Special Permit application.
Upon a motion made by R. Glover and a second by M. Colantoni at the Planning Board
meeting of January 17, 2012, the Board voted unanimously to approve a Withdrawal Without
Prejudice of the Watershed Special Permit Application.
