RE: Great Pond Estates
Attached please find a copy of the decision dated February 2, 1993 of the Watershed
Special Permit known as 700 Great Pond Road. It clearly states that the applicant is
required to install fire sprinklers in all of the newly constructed homes. If you have any
further questions or would like to have a copy of the complete decision please feel free
to give me a call at 535.

Protection District in conjunction with its small size (6
single family homes) , the creation of a sidewalk fund is $
appropriate.
4 . The applicant is required to install residential fire
sprinklers in all of the newly constructed homes, excluding
the existing home on Lot 4 .
5 . The special permit shall be deemed to have lapsed after a
two (2) year period following the installation of the
municipal sewer system in Great Pond Road.
6 . --The provisions of- this special permit shall apply to and be
binding upon the applicant, it' s employees and all
successors and assigns in interest or control.
7. The following information shall be considered as part of
