PROPOSAL

Scope of work: Extra Dorma&Finish upstairs bedroom
• Cut hole in existing roof at new gable dorma location.
• Remove all debris in dumpster supplied by WMC.
• Frame new walls and roof as per plan provided by Silverwatch Architects.
• Sheathing on walls%2" ziply and taped seams.
• Sheathing on roof 5/8" ziply and taped seams.
• Peel back existing roofing around area and install ice and shield on sidewalls and roof to
properly seal dorma.
• Patch all roofing around dorma and apply new roofing on new roof.
• Install two new windows and all flashings required.
• Apply metal trim on all rakes and facia to match existing.
• Apply siding to match existing.
• Insulation per code.
• Strip interior room only on bedroom half.
• Insulate per code.
• Sheetrock and plaster.
• Laminate flooring materials and installation.
• Trim windows and baseboard.
• Paint.
Total: $ 19,549.54
** If Building Department makes us correct insulation and venting in remaining area of attic this will
result in an extra cost.**
