We hearby request a one y ear extention of our special permit
to prepare to build a new house at 476 Great Pond cload, INorth
Andover. According to our conversation by phone July 5th with
Kathleen Bradley Colwell , it has been approximately twenty-two
months since our hook-up to the sewer., completing our "antique
cottage" phase . (Hook-up date : Sept .-Oct . 1993 )
We now need to : (l) move the circa 1890 stable building across
the driveway to a location recommended by Chris Huntress , (2)
regrade and widen the "barn-yard" driveway in front of the exhisting
barn and regrade the immediately adjacent grassy area to the
driveway, and (3 ) secure the 1690 foundation of that barn.
This site -preparation is necessary before any attempt begins on
the new house due to space constraints on this property®

Tuesday, July 18, 1995®

Re: 476 Great Pond Road - Watershed Special Permit
Dear Mr. Nieburger,
The Planning Board voted to extend for one year the special permit
granted by the Board on September 29, 1992 for regrading and
construction within the Non-discharge and Non-disturbance Zone of
the Watershed Protection District. This permit is extended for one
year and will now expire on September 29, 1996.
Prior to any work on site, a revised site plan must be submitted to
the Planning Office for review and approval. All surface and sub-
surface discharge must be controlled and directed outside of the
non-discharge zone if possible.

SPECIAL PERMIT EXTENSION
At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly posted
and held on July 18, 1995 the North Andover Planning Board voted
unanimously to grant the extension of the Special Permit issued to
Edward and Gayle Nieburger for regrading and construction within
the Non-disturbance and Non-discharge buffer zones of the Lake
Cochichewick Watershed Protection District dated September 29,
1992.
This extension is granted pursuant to the Massachusetts General
Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9, and will extend the above referenced
Special Permit for a period of one year. This Special Permit will
now expire on September 29, 1996.
Signed as a sealed instrument this 18th day of July, 1995.
