NOTICE OF DECISION (INSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE)
Date of Decision: June 27, 2008

Premises Affected: 660 Great Pond Road, North Andover, MA 01845, Map 63, Parcel 11
within the R-1 Zoning District.
FINDINGS OF FACT
Pursuant to my authority as Director of Community Development and Acting Town
Planner pursuant to Section 8.3 of the Zoning Bylaw and Special Condition 1 of the Notice of
Decision,I have reviewed the request with regard to proposed adjustments to be made to the
approved Plans identified in the above-referenced Watershed Special Permit Decision. Based
upon the foregoing, and after consultation with the Building Commissioner and Town Engineer,
I have determined that the proposed plan adjustments shown on the plans entitled "Grading
Plan,"revision dated June 10, 2008,prepared by DK Engineering Associates, Inc. are not
substantial changes but are in fact minor, insubstantial changes, subject to the following
conditions.
Accordingly, the applicant may proceed with the project in accordance with the
Watershed Special Permit Decision, as modified by the decisions and related plans referenced
herein.
