Property consists of 5,000 sci feet. Proposed seats=44 seats Seats=44 seats -commercial space has been always set as a food business.This building once had a capacity of 44 seats in the past years. Nothing has changed with the neighborhood as far as parking. Existing conditions of Water Street are it is in a neighborhood where people walk and bicycle in addition to park. On street parking consists of 60+spots on Water Street between Merrimack Street and High Street. In addition to the"High Street Apartments"in Mills that are being completed this is in a residential neighborhood with mixed use buildings.This is a neighborhood were parking is important, but also people can walk or bicycle as it connects to the downtown area. I seek to improve the exterior of the building and provide a place to the area to come for breakfast and lunch.This location is part of the downtown area, but is situated in the Machine Shop Village area which is walkable area from nearby residences and businesses.
