September 29, 2011 Planning Board 1600 Osgood Street North Andover, MA 01845 Re: 500 Great Pond Road Watershed Special Permit Dear Board Members: Please find attached a Watershed Special Permit application for the re-construction of the existing tennis courts and replacement of the fences around the courts for the above referenced property. The new courts will be constructed in a manner that will promote greater infiltration of runoff than what currently exists. Since the proposed courts will infiltrate more runoff than the current courts, the project will not have any adverse impacts on the quality or quantity of water in or entering Lake Cochichewick. Since the project is located within 100 feet of wetland resource areas a Notice of Intent application has been filed with the North Andover Conservation Commission.
