Dear Ms Tymon:
On behalf of our client, ICB Realty Trust,we submit this letter as documentation supporting the
request for final close-out of the Watershed Special Permit for the above referenced property and a
Certificate of Compliance be issued for the above referenced Order of Conditions.
As site visit has been performed, the permit plan has been reviewed against the as-built plan and the
Order of Conditions, and we believe that the site as constructed, substantially complies with the
Watershed Special Permit and Order of Conditions.
An infiltration area was installed to infiltrate runoff from the roof and patio area, and the construction
supports the intent of the Watershed Special Permit and Order of Conditions.
