NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING,TUESDAY,OCTOBER 7,2008.
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit under sections 4.136(2)ii
and 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The applicant seeks
to resurface the rear patio and 347 s.£ of heated impervious surface
area will be added to existing patio. The 347 s.f includes a new
proposed 64 s.f. Spa,which will be located in the Non-Discharge
zone of the Watershed within R-1 zoning district.
