Dear Members of The Board:
As a registered civil engineer, I have prepared a plan of the existing
conditions for the property located on 673 Great Pond Road, No Andover, MA.
On behalf of our client, we are requesting an appointment with your board
for a Watershed Special Permit.
We hereby certify that there will be no significant degradation of the quality
or quantity entering the wetlands, or Lake Cochicewick, due to the 150 square
foot addition to the rear of said 673 Great Pond Road.
Should any questions to this statement, or the attached plan require an
