PLANNING DEPARTMENT ��`roj`ect WCompletionlBond Release � � ," Dear Lincoln: Enclosed are three copies of an as built plan for the property located at 365 Johnson Street,North Andover. These plans are being submitted so that the board can release the 1000 dollar performance bond placed as part of the construction on the property. Construction on the property is slightly different than proposed however the intent of the design plan has been met. All construction activity was contained within the proposed erosion control line shown on the approved site development plan prepared by Merrimack Engineering Services. The house footprint is smaller and located 5 feet further fiom the wetland than was shown on the proposed plan. The site has been stabilized with grass and bark mulch.
