Project Completi6iM6rid Release
Dear Lincoln:
At your request I am writing this letter to add clarification to my letter dated July 26,
2007. A detailed explanation regarding the development of the site is as follows.
1. On the proposed plans which were approved by the planning board there was a
proposed erosion control line shown. This proposed erosion control line was also
the proposed limit of work.As part of the development of the property the erosion
control line was installed and maintained. No disturbance occurred beyond the
approved limit of work.
2. The proposed plans depicted a house with a 3000 square foot footprint with a side
entry garage. The house which was built has a 2160 square foot footprint with a
side entry garage.
3. The proposed house was shown as being 155 feet from the edge of the wetland.
The house which was built is 163 feet from the wetland.
4. The driveway is configured differently but is in the same location as was
approved on the design plans.
In the watershed protection district the intent of the design plans is to mitigate impacts to
the wetland resource area and the water supply. By building a home with a smaller
footprint, moving it further from the wetland, and keeping the impervious area less than
was approved then the intent of the design plans has been maintained.
If you need further information or clarification, please don't hesitate to contact this
office.
Sincerely,
Benjamin C., Osgood, Jr. PE.
