Miniccuci 340 Johnson Street North Andover, MA 01845 Re: 340 Johnson Street - Watershed Special Permit Dear Mr. Miniccuci, At last nights meeting the Planning Board voted to extend the permit granted to David J. Miniccuci, 340 Johnson Street for the installation of an in ground pool issued on October 17, 1994 for a period of one year. This permit will now expire on October 17, 1997. Please record the attached extension at the North Essex Registry of Deeds in order to extend the permit. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me at 688-9535. SCOTT �SSACHUSOS Director SPECIAL PERMIT EXTENSION At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly posted, and held on October 15, 1996 the North Andover Planning Board voted unanimously to grant the extension of the Special Permit issued to David J. Miniccuci, 340 Johnson Street for the installation of an in ground pool on October 17, 1994. The approval requires that substantial construction be completed on the project by October 17, 1996. This extension was granted in accordance with Section 10.31(3) of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw which authorizes the Planning Board to extend a Special Permit for an additional one (1) year period. This extension will extend the time to complete the installation of the in ground pool for a period of one year from the date of the Board's decision. Therefore the in ground pool must be installed by October 17, 1997.
