3, 2014 and revised July 9, 2014 with the attached plan titled"As-Built Plan 107 Campion Road" dated
August ll, 20l5, revised August 24, 20|5, iti000y opinion that the constructed project, iooludingtbo
house, landscaping, stormwater management features and layout, was completed in reasonable
compliance with the approved plan.
