'ngineers 8 end Development Consultants October 6,2015 Town of North.Andover Planning Board c/o Jean Enright 1600 Osgood Street North Andover, MA 01845 Re. 242 Tale Street, North Andover ('Tux Map 64 Parcel 301) As-Twill Planning Board Members; On behalf of the applicant(Rob Barter)and owner(Julie Nigro)of 242 Dale Street,I am requesting that the Planning Board signoff on the completed construction and return the bond monies for this project. A final site As-Built Plan is enclosed with this request. I personally inspected the site on October 3,2015. and found the site to be fully stabilized by means of grass and other landscaped materials. The wetland markers were installed per the Order at the limit of work line. The site was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan with the following minor deviation_ 1) A hot tub was installed:within the constructed decking off the rear of the house. The hot tub is approximately 88 feet from the wetlands. The hot tub is 7' x 7' and supported by six(6)sonotubcs and doubled up floor joists. The hot tub was not shown on the approved plan,but the addition of the hot bib is minor in size and located well outside the 50 foot No Structure Zone. The staked haybales are still in place at the limit of work line as of the date of this letter. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me.
