(local filing) O.O.C. NACC#126.' The Contractor has completed construction of the proposed single family home, and all site work. All landscaping is complete. All areas of previously exposed earth suitabl vegetated to naturally stabilize. 1 The previously noted plants that had failed to thrive have been replaced. Today's recent significant storm has not resulted in any notable impacts to wetland resource areas. All work on this project is presently in compliance with the Order of Conditions. Scott D.
