In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit under Section 4.136
.3.C.ii.3 &7 of the Non-Disturbance and Non-Discharge zone and
10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant seeks to raze
existing single-family dwelling and replacing it with a new single-
family dwelling with driveway,roof run-off infiltration system and
appurtenant site grading within the R-1 zoning district.
