HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegal Document - 500 GREAT POND ROAD 10/30/1999 RESTRICTION Reference is made to a deed from Edmund F.Leland,Jr., and others to NORTH ANDOVER 1' \t COUNTRY CLUB CORPORATION("Corporation'),a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and located in North Andover,Essex County,Massachusetts,dated October 30, 1954,recorded with Essex North District Registry of Deeds at Book 805,Page 92. The deed transferred premises("premises")more fully described in said deed and set out as the northeasterly portion of the premises on"Plan of Marble-Ridge Farm,North Andover,Mass."Horace Hale Smith, as more fully shown on said plan,dated December 1906,recorded with said Registry as Plan No. 1981 The Corporation hereby voluntarily and willingly agrees that,in perpetuity,no products or materials set forth below shall be handled or placed in a certain parcel("parcel')of land located within the premises set forth and described in said deed,said parcel being an area of approximately 12,490 square feet and located on the south side of Great Pond Road and immediately to the west of the platform tennis courts located on the premises and immediately north of the maintenance but located on the premises. The prohibited products and materials are: oil products or hazardous materials,oily discharges or hazardous discharges,pesticides,fertilizers,or chemicals used in lawn care or maintenance. IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said North Andover Country Club Corporation sets its hand and seal this 1st day of October, 1999.
