Dear . Pappal do:
Casco BayEngineering has completed an analysis of the proposed cif rafters for the 20' x 62' storage
building at the subject property. The proposed roof rafter are 14"TH 560 @ 19.2"on center supporting
a uniform dead load of 15 pounds per square foot sf)and a uniform snowload of 50 p f.
We have determined acceptable as proposed. We rmonunend adding full height bloc '
between eachroof rafter above e bearing walls where they cantilever and also recommend following
the manufacturer's requirements for bridging and connections.
Please rote that our analysis is for the roof rafters only. We did not review any other portion of the
buil (walls,headers, foundations,la design, e.) f . If y conditions
change,o opinions may change accordingly,

Complaint: Richard Bruce 978.689.9000 would like to file a complaint against North Andover Auto Body Shop.He lives a few houses down from the auto body shop and is
concerned about the lacquer smell coming from the building.It appears to him that there is a new venting system.The lacquer smell isn't every day however he has
been noticing it more since the new venting system has been in.He would like a follow up call.
