In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose Of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.e.ii.6 and 10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw within the Non-
Disturb zone of the Watershed Protection District. Applicant
seeks to construct a construct a farmers porch and replace the
existing brick walk with concrete pavers.
