THE PADDLE COURTS ARE ABOVE GROUND AND WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON 1'DIAMETER PILINGS.THE AREA VACATED BY THE MOVED COURTS WILL BE USED FOR PARKING AND CONSTRUCTED WITH A GRAVEL BASE.
