Every application for action by the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board. These forms shall be furnished by the
Clerk upon request. Any communication supporting to be an
application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek
relief until such time as it is made on the official application
form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished
by the applicant in the manner therein.
Every application shall be submitted with a list of "Parties in
Interest" which shall include the petitioner, abutters, owners of
land directly opposite on any public or private street or way and
abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the
property line all as they appear on the most recent applicable
tax list, notwithstanding that the land of such owner is located
in another city or town, the Planning Board of the Town and the
Planning Board of every abutting city or town.

RE: THE APPLICATION OF THE NORTH ANDOVER COUNTRY
CLUB FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT TO RELOCATE 2 EXISTING
PADDLE TENNIS COURTS AND CONSTRUCT A 32'X 16'
WARMING HUT WITHIN THE WATER SHED DISTRICT.
THE 30'X 60'PADDLE COURTS BEING RELOCATED ARE
BEING MOVED FURTHER AWAY FROM THE 100'NON-
DISTURBANCE ZONE AND THE 32'X 16'HUT WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED ABOUT 120'FROM THE NON-DISTURBANCE
LINE.
THE PADDLE COURTS ARE ABOVE GROUND AND WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED ON 1'DIAMETER PILINGS.THE AREA VACATED
BY THE MOVED COURTS WILL BE USED FOR PARKING AND
CONSTRUCTED WITH A GRAVEL BASE.
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SIGNIFICANT DEGRADATION OF THE
QUALITY OR QUANTITY OF WATER IN OR ENTERING LAKE
COCHICHEW/CKDUE TO THIS CONSTRUCTION.
THERE ARE CERTAINLY NO REASONABLE ALTERNATIVES
IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT THIS CONSTRUCTION IS BEING
DONE FURTHER FROM T, E NON-DISTURBANCE LINE THAN
THE LOCATION OF THE PRESENT COURTS.
