On July 31, 2000, Mr. Richard Hornidge, member of the North Andover Country Club. contacted this office and indicated that the three (3)items noted within the December 16, 1909 letter has been completed_ This office visited the site on August 2, 2000 and found by visual inspection that the items outlined within the December 16, 1999 letter have been performed. They are as follows: 1. The forebay/detention area has been seeded and ground cover has taken hold; 2_ The tee manifold within the catch basin has been fitted with a cap; 3. The smaller stones at the pipe outlet, forebay outlet and detention outlet has been replaced with 4"stone. MA 01845 Pe- "As-Bunt" DEP File No. 242-946 North Andover Country Club 500 Great Pond Road Dear Conservation Commission& Planning Board Members: This office performed an"As-Bunt"survey on December 8. 1999 at the North Andover Country Club property_ The "As-Bunt'depicts the newly paved area across the street from the clubhouse next to the platform tennis courts. The newly paved area and associated drainage system generally conforms with the approved design plans for this project. During the survey the following was noted: I. The forebay/detention area was not seeded. Hay has been spread around the berm of the forebay/detention area to stabilize it from the effects of erosion during the winter. Mr. Richard Hornidge,of the North Andover Country Club, indicated that the forebay/ detention area will be seeded in the spring of 2040. Seeding will be done as indicated on the proposed plan approved by the Conservation Commission and the Planning Board. The hay bates&environmental fencing, already in place, shall be kept in good working order until vegetation has been established. 2. The tee manifold within the catch basin has not been f+tted with a cap. Mr. Homidge indicated that the cap was on order and it wit be installed as soon as R is received. 3. The stones at the pipe outlet,the forebay outlet, and detention area outlet are 2 inches in diameter. The proposed plan calls for inch minimum diameter stone. The stones should be removed and replaced with 4 inch stone. A representative of the North Andover Country Club will address the Conservation Commission and Planning Eloard when the above items have been completed.
