I am respectfully requesting to be placed on the Planning Board agenda,
I have received the denial letter from the Building Inspector/Mr. McQuiro
Mr. Desmond wishes to construct a Carriage House on his property as a separate building.
He has owned 1775 Great Pond Road since June of 1973 as shown in deed book 3858 page 339.
The property is in the Watershed District.
There are no wetlands which effect this application.
