(Watershed Protection District) of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to allow for the moving of two paddle courts and a warming but to upgrade the paddle facility, and to create a gravel parking lot where the two courts are currently located within the Non- Discharge Buffer Zone of the Watershed Protection District. The premises affected is land and buildings numbered 500 Great Pond Road in the Residential-1 (R-1)Zoning District and the Watershed Protection District. A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the North Andover Planning Board Office during the hours of 8:30 -4:30 Monday through Friday. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated. Joseph V.
