Reference is made to a deed from Michael P. Phillips to Contemporary Builders, Inc.
dated June 25, 2001, and recorded with Essex North Registry of Deeds at Book 6233,
Page 118. The deed transferred the premises lmown as 41 Saile Way, North Andover,
Massachusetts, more fully described in said deed and set out as Lot No. 6 on a plan
entitled "Great Pond Estate" a Definitive Plan of Land Great Pond Road, North Andover,
Massachusetts prepared for : Eight Meadows Realty Trust Date: October 7, 1991 scale:
1"=40' Defeo, Wait & Associates, Inc., Civil/Sanitary Engineering and Land Use
Plam-ing, 31 Bellow Road, Raynham, Massachusetts 02767," which plan is recorded in
the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 12515.
Contemporary Builders, Inc. Hereby voluntarily and willingly agree that, in perpetuity, no
pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals shall be used in lawn care or maintenance of said
premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Contemporary Builders, Inc. has caused its corporate
seal to be hereto affixed and these presents to be signed, acknowledged and delivered in ?v '
its name and behalf by Michael P. Phillips, its President and Treasurer hereto duly
authorized this 28"' day of January, 2002.
