PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40-A, Section 11 M.G.L., the North
Andover Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Special Permit under Section 4.136 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw to construct a two story addition and
screened porch to an existing dwelling located Watershed
Protection District.
Address of Premises Affected: 814 Osgood Street
Assessor Map and Lot: Map 91, Lot 4
Description of Premises: The proposed site is located on the Westerly side of Osgood
Street between Chadwick Street and Colgate Drive.
Public Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, May 2, 2000 at 7:,45 p.m.
Applicant: Caren Jacobson& Blair Roberts
Location of Public Hearing: 384 Osgood Street, North Andover, Ma, near the High School

Information Available: A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning
Board office at 27 Charles Street, North Andover, MA, and may
be inspected Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the
time and place designated above.
