The project consists of closing in an existing deck with a roof and four walls to create a three season room. The project is located on the rear of an existing house at 6 Timber Lane. The house and lot are located in the watershed protection district and have existed for approximately 30 years. The existing deck is located 150 feet from the edge of a wetland and is in the non-discharge zone as defined in the zoning bylaw. To mitigate the impacts of adding impervious area to the lot a system of gutters, downspouts and infiltrator chambers has been designed so that the additional runoff from the site is infiltrated into the soil. The capacity of this system is designed to hold all of the runoff from the 100 year storm. I will be at your meeting to discuss this matter.
