Dear Commission Members and Ms. Hughes:
On behalf of Owner of 1831 Great bond Road of the above referenced project, and
in accordance with Condition 72 of the Order of Conditions issued for the project, l
hereby certify that the completed construction at the above referenced project has
been performed in substantial compliance with the plans approved in the Order of
Conditions. I have reviewed the attached as built plan and list the following changes
from the approved plans. These were on site adjustments, reviewed by J Hughes
and signed off on site 7-26-13:
1. Erosion control was moved to the northwest comer, limit of work expanded to
allow for placement of material stockpile.
2. Southeast portion of site, removed invasive species(Approved plan shows
trees to remain here). Landscaped with stones and bark mulch.
3. Sewer line relocated, area disturbed was made into lawn.
4. Eliminated portion of retaining wall on eastern wide of house near lot line
landscaped with mulch and at rear of house, area was graded in contours 136
to 142, landscaped with lawn.
5. On west side of house limit of work e*anded. Erosion control moved closer
to lot line and roof runoff infiltrators installed closer to lot line than shown on
design plan
6. Roof runoff infiltrator at south side of house rotated and moved slightly south.
A retaining wall was originally designed forthis area. No retaining wall was
built there.
Other plan deviations.
1 Underground propane tank
2 Underground utility box installed
3 Mulched area on eastern side retaining wall of house expanded.
4 Air conditioner units have been added to the north side of the house.
5 Irrigation control box added to western side of house.
6 Sidewalks have been moved closer to the house and porch areas are slightly
different than designed, but within the approved limits of work.
7 Downspouts identified to roof runoff infiltrators.
8 Stone was placed for 50' on both sided of the driveway, between the existing
stone wall and pavement on Great Pond Road
