Dear Mr.Masse:
Meisner Brem Corp., as applicant's representative,hereby requests a Certificate of Compliance
for the work performed 316 Johnson Street under DEP file#242-1246.
The work, consisting of the construction of a 3-car garage,kitchen expansion,mudroom,front
porch, screened rear porch,new driveway, sewer connection and associated grading and
landscaping within the Non-Disturbance Zone and Non-Discharge Zone of the Watershed
Protection District,has been completed,and the disturbed areas have been fully stabilized.
An as-built overlay plan has been p prepared to depict the location of the improvements.A portion
of the original design plan, entitled"Site Improvement Plan of Land"prepared by Merrimack
Engineering,Inc. is depicted on this plan. The as-built information overlain on this plan includes
the location of the new building additions,edge of pavement,retaining walls, underground
drainage systems and contours.
The project was constructed in general compliance with the approved drawings.There are minor
differences in the configuration of the front and rear patios,as well as minor differences in the
location of the driveway paving.Additionally,the proposed pea-stone drive is significantly
smaller than originally proposed.
