MacMillan, M.D., Member; John Rizza, D.M.D., Member, Sandra Starr, Health Director;Brian LaGrasse, Health Inspector, Debra Rillahan, Town Nurse. HEIDI GRIFFIN—DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Ms. Starr introduced Heidi Griffin to the Board. Ms. Griffin spoke highly of the Board and the Department. BUDDY WATSON - INSTALLER Ms. Starr spoke briefly of Mr. Watson. The problem has been resolved SHELLE SILVERIO —MASSAGE THERAPIST Ms. Starr spoke regarding Ms. Silverio. Ms. Silverio moved from a location on Sutton Street to Main Street. Ms. Silverio is operating without a license. The establish permit will be granted to Heather Cole. Ms. Starr would like to get the Board's recommendation about Ms. Silverio operating without a license. The office tried to reach Ms. Silverio numerous times because she was operating without a license. On a recommendation from the Board, the Board decided to fine Ms. Silverio the maximum before a license would be issued, also probation for 60 days. If any complaints come into the department Ms. Silverio will lose her license to work in the Town. WELL REGULATIONS Ms. Starr spoke about the well regulations that have been updated. The changes include the requirements for water analysis and the output of the well that have been policy for many years, the addition of arsenic as one of the test requirements, added definitions as well as well depth, well siting, irrigation wells, water quality, and the abandonment of wells. The Board signed the new well regulations. Page two January 24, 2002 ADJOURNMENT: On a motion by Dr. Rizza, seconded by Dr. MacMillan, the Board voted to adjourn at 8:00 p.m. John S. Rizza, DMD, Clerk
