Zoning Board members;
Enclosed you will find nine(9) copies of the revised Site Plan and Architectural plans for the above referenced
property. The owner has made the following changes to the plans:
I) The number of proposed Units is now three (3). The owner reduced the number of Units from the
original submission(4 units) based on the Board and neighborhood feedback at the last Public Hearing.
The existing two unit dwelling has nine(9)bedrooms, while the proposed 3 Unit building Will have a
total of eight(8) bedrooms.
2) The number of proposed parking spaces has been reduced from eight(8)spaces to six(6)spaces.
There presently exists four(4)parking spaces on this property; therefore the net change in parking for
the proposed three(3) family is two(2) parking spaces.
3) An area has been designated behind the garage to house trash cans. This area will be screened by a six
(6)foot highstockade fence on two sides.
4) The owner is proposing to plant arborvitae along a portion of Third Street in the vicinity of the
proposed driveway parking area. The arborvitae will replace an existing hedge row along Third Street
and two additional arborvitae are shown onsite as additional enhancement plantings.
We look forward to further discussing this application at the October 13,2015 public hearing.
