In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Site Plan Review Special Permit under section 8.3
of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant seeks to remove
existing struchares of gas station&automobile service station and
build a new one-story retail building approximately 5,042 s.f with
29 parking spaces within G-B zoning district.
