Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the
Town Hall, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday November 10, 2015, at
7:30PM to all parties interested in the petition of John Bartlett, for property located
at 101 Prescott Street (Map 82 Lot 2). Petitioner is requesting a Variance from
Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws (Dimensional Requirements), for one side setback
(left). The applicant is requesting an addition of a two car garage and a Master
Bedroom in the R-4 Zoning District.
The variance proposed is 7.6 feet (left side), the required is 15 feet.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the
Zoning Department located at 1600 Osgood Street, Suite 2035, North Andover, MA,
Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
