Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows: Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Special Permit—Site Plan Review under sections 8.3 and 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant proposes to demolish an existing dwelling and to construct a new 3-unit residential building with an eight space, off street,parking lot. Work to be performed on an existing 14,005 square foot lot in the R-4 Zoning District.
