CONSE14VATION COMMISSION
Hi Jennifer,
As you may recall as part of the proposed project for the above referenced property we had to re-locate a utility pole that was
located in the front of the proposed garage. After further evaluating the relocation of the pole we would like to propose to run the
utilities underground from the existing pole located to the north towards Andover Street, this would result in trenching the utilities
an additional 75 feet+/-(see sketch attached). The utilities would be installed at the edge of the existing road in an area that is
open, no additional trees would need to be removed. The utilities would be installed in,a 36 inch wide trench at a depth of
approximately 30 inches. The work would be completed in about 4 hours;there will be no change in existing grade or drainage
patterns. Silt Fence was placed along the edge of the travelled way in this area during the construction of IS Lorraine, which is
almost complete, which will protect the resource area. The silt fence will be inspected before any trenching is done and replaced as
required.
We request that the Commission approve this minor change which will be reflected on the as-built plan.
If you have any questions please give me a call.
Thanks,
John M. Morin, P.E.
