In compliance with Special Condition #35,the applicant has created a variable-width buffer zone enhancement area containing native shrubs. 38 individual shrubs were planted in June 2014. The area is marked by small wooden monuments with Town of North Andover protected wetland placards. Goddard Consulting inspected the planting area on October 15, 2014. The area was observed to contain the following plantings: ® 15 highbush blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum) ® 6 winterberry (Ilex verticillata) '......... ® 7 red-osier dogwood (Corpus sericea) The planting area was found to be in good condition,with all plants apparently surviving through the 2014 growing season.
